MONTHLY MEETING & CHRISTMAS PARTY
Monday, December 9 -- 6:30 to 8:45 P.M.
Ron Bautsch will present his images from Acadia National Park
in Maine from his recent trip. Several other members will
share some
of their recent best images. Were having the main
dish catered
and ask all members to bring a
dessert, a salad, or a casserole
to
share. Then well pass out some great door prizes
from Darrell
Gulin, George Lepp, and Houston-area photo businesses.
Please
bring dues for 2003 club membership.
FIELD TRIP TO KEMAH BOAT LIGHTS AT NIGHT

competition! The winning entries (judged by our
panel of guest
judges Odin Clay, Alan Montgomery, Priscilla Beverly)
were
outstanding. Grand winners: Jonathan Harper, Brenda Driscoll,
and Janice Braud see their winning shots on our club web site.
MONTHLY MEETING & PRESENTATION

We met on Tuesday this month because Monday was Veterans
Day and
the library was closed. Judges Odin Clay and Alan
Montgomery critiqued the
winners and gave us all some great
Ideas for the next competition in the
spring.
===== ABOUT OUR CLUB ===========================
The Woodlands Photography Club meets on the second Monday
of each
month from 6:30 to 9 P.M. at the Montgomery County
South
Branch Library (just west of The Woodlands Pavillion),
2101 Lake
Robbins Dr.
We usually get together in the meeting room immediately to the left
as you enter the front doors. Visitors and the curious are always
most welcome! Anyone interested in photography, no matter what
your level of experience (professional, amateur, or wannabe), is
very
welcome to join our club. Membership is a measly $15 per year
were talkin only $1.25/month a real bargain!)
Membership for
young people under age 18 is free.
