DECEMBER
Activities
At
our regular club meeting on Dec. 13, we had several members sharing
some of their recent best images. Cheryl Stitzlein showed her excellent
portrait prints, Cecilia García shared the "Mylar Technique"
to make abstracts and showed her pictures from the colossal stones
at Nemrut Park in Turkey, Janice and Nolan Braud gave us a spectacular
flowers slide show with background music, Ying Huang took
us to Norway with her beautiful pictures. Below "The Door"
and "Hongsberg",
and Debbie Alamilla presented her wonderful underwater work on a
nice slide show with music.
Debbie
Alamilla introduced the 2005 Board Officers:
Cesar Vargas (president), Dave McConnachie
(vice president/program chairman), Sue Wheatley (secretary/treasurer),
Cheryl Stitzlein (membership chairman), Nalin Trivedi (activity
chairman), C. García (publicity coordinator) and Debbie Alamilla
(advisor). All of them will make the membership's vision come alive.
Congratulations to our new team!
Also
we had a member's evaluation of this year events. We shared our
ideas for future activities, though, we will have a lot of success
with our next year events. We enjoyed the Christmas Party and members
brought a dessert, a salad, or a casserole to share.
